Expo 2025 Osaka | Honorary Contribution Video Exhibition
At Expo 2025 Osaka, internationally recognized artist Wang Shaofei appeared as a special guest and the sole painter invited to participate in a cross-disciplinary collaboration. The EXPO-produced Honorary Contribution Video Exhibition was presented at the main venue, EXPO Hall “Shining Hat,” where visual presentations of his artworks were integrated with the children’s musical Harold! by Okayama Children’s Future Musical Theatre. The exhibition offered insight into the artist’s creative journey and philosophy, highlighting his enduring influence across cultures and generations.

Wang Shaofei to Present a Cross-Genre Art Performance at Expo 2025
Wang Shaofei as a special guest will take the main stage of the EXPO Hall at Expo 2025 on August 12 and 13, delivering a live cross-genre performance that integrates visual art with stagecraft. The event will be a collaboration with the creative team behind *Okayama Children's Future Musical Harold!*, centered on the theme“Imagination and the Future” through a cosmic lens.
Wang Shaofei is celebrated for his distinctive fusion of traditional Chinese culture and contemporary artistic expression.
